1. Site and applications
Adults only. Test applications do not constitute a purchase. The operator must establish their identity, address, tax details and real contacts, publish final terms and review each served country before opening. Two checkboxes cannot provide universal legal protection.
2. Platform role
The proposed service provides advertising and presentation space for independent professionals. It does not sell meetings or collect fees for personal services. Individuals arrange details directly, subject to applicable law. This does not exclude the operator’s own legal duties or make prohibited activity lawful. There is no requirement to leave other portals.
3. Profiles and content
Professionals are responsible for accurate information, lawful services and rights to uploaded media. Content involving minors, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual intimate images, unauthorised photos, exposed documents, fraud or illegal offers is prohibited. No pornographic uploads. The media licence is limited to storage, technical adaptation and display on the platform, not ownership or unlimited resale.
4. Approval
Selecting a plan does not publish a profile or verify identity or quality. The operator can manually review an application and authorise publication in this preview; document-based identity verification and autonomous publication are not active. Final review criteria and decisions must be communicated; payment cannot purchase approval. Rejection starts neither the included month nor a charge.
5. Plans, terms and included month
Indicative prices: SELECT €69/month, €179/3 months or €690/year; PLUS €149/month, €389/3 months or €1,490/year; GOLD €299/month, €779/3 months or €2,990/year. Final prices and taxes will be confirmed before sale. Only SELECT includes 30 days once for a new eligible account, starting when the approved profile is published. PLUS and GOLD have no free month and require review and confirmed payment before activation. PLUS adds European visibility and optional media; GOLD adds portal messaging. An operator-issued, single-use private code can grant the plan and promotional period displayed when the code is verified, starting from approved publication, without a payment method or automatic renewal. Payments are unavailable in this preview, so PLUS and GOLD applications without a code stay private. When the included period ends, the profile becomes hidden until a new activation is confirmed. Traffic, enquiries, bookings and earnings are not guaranteed.
6. Payment methods
No payment method is chosen or stored during application. Cards/wallets require a provider that approves this activity and a secure hosted checkout. The provider stores payment details; the platform may hold token references. Never send cards or CVV by chat/email. Storage and recurring charges need specific authorisation. SEPA needs a separate mandate; bank transfers and crypto are manual with verified payee instructions. No collection account or wallet is connected.
7. Renewal and cancellation
Automatic renewal requires provider authorisation and clear price, frequency and first charge date. It must be cancellable in the subscription area before the first and subsequent charges. Hiding a profile is not cancelling a subscription; account deletion must stop future renewals. Final cancellation effects, deadlines, confirmations and refunds must be specified before launch. No subscription is active here.
8. Mandatory protections
Mandatory rights, applicable consumer protections, withdrawal and legal remedies remain intact. Calling a person a professional does not automatically remove those rights. Liability exclusions cannot override mandatory law or intentional wrongdoing. Price and term changes must be notified under applicable protections, without retroactive charges or presumed consent.
9. Moderation
The final service requires abuse handling, illegal-content reporting, reasons for restrictions and applicable appeal mechanisms. Operational procedures and support contacts are not available yet; do not use the preview as a public service. Forum posts are not guarantees or professional diagnoses. Do not share third-party data.
10. Law and commercial launch
Applicable law and jurisdiction will be specified after the operator is identified, preserving mandatory protections. A non-EU address does not remove EU-facing obligations or national activity and advertising rules. These preview rules impose no financial commitments. Commercial terms and payment authorisation must be accepted anew before a paid service.
Manual activation requests
You can request instructions to activate or renew your plan from your account. A request is not a purchase, does not authorise charges and does not activate the profile. We store the account, plan, duration, indicative amount, status and dates, visible to the requester and operator. The prepared workflow also records operator instructions, payment reports, receipt references and the confirming operator; reconciliation references remain private to the operator. Collection stays disabled until the operator, commercial terms, tax arrangements and eligible account are defined. Do not send money in this preview.
Personal details, galleries and reviews
Height, weight, hair, eyes, build, smoking, habits and personal answers are optional and appear on the published profile when provided. Extra galleries accept non-explicit images only, under the same access rules as regular galleries. Reviews require sign-in and an adult declaration; we store the account identifier, reviewed profile, chosen alias, rating, text, dates and status. Only the alias, rating, text and date are public after moderation. Account names and emails remain private; meetings are not verified. You can withdraw your review on the profile: it is hidden but retained for moderation. Deleting the reviewed profile deletes its associated reviews. Do not include intimate details, contact details or third-party data. Reviews are saved in the database, not only in the browser.
